Warranty for compatible ink toner cartridges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing defect we will exchange or offer a refund.
We guarantee that our toners will work in your printer, produce good quality prints and that they won’t invalidate the printer warranty.
If you order the wrong product as a result of an error on our website, we will exchange or refund it even if you have opened the packaging.
KMP branded ink toners come with a 36 months warranty from the date of purchase.
Other brands come with a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase.
The following exclusions apply:
- The product must have been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- There should be at least 30% ink left in the cartridge toner (if used).
We may still be able to exchange or refund for other reasons and these will be assessed on a case by case basis. Examples are:
- You provided the wrong printer model or cartridge reference to us when we were quoting.
- You have replaced your printer and have spare toner cartridges that you can no longer use.
- You have simply changed your mind.
We check all products returned as faulty/damaged. If we find that there is no fault or the goods have not been used as intended, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Warranties for other products
We understand that occasionally the product you purchase may have or subsequently develop a defect. If this happens during the manufacturer warranty period, you may choose to contact the manufacturer direct or return it to us. We will cover the cost of shipping to the manufacturer.
We ask you to make sure that the product and all its accessories are returned together and that the serial and license numbers have not been tampered with and are visible.
Please note that if a product has been repaired by an unauthorised party, the manufacturer may void the warranty.
If you are returning a product which is used to store confidential information, you should remove all such data before sending it to us. We cannot be held responsible for data loss or security breaches arising as a result of defective products.
We check all products returned as faulty/damaged. If we find that there is no fault or the warranty has been voided, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.
